If your skin is oily, for example, we will hydrate your skin with moisturizers that are lighter than those used for people with normal to dry skin. Facials carry certain risks, especially for people with moderate-to-severe or inflammatory acne. Side effects may include irritation, allergic reactions, dryness, oiliness, increased skin sensitivity, especially to sunlight, discoloration.

A facial should be done every 4-6 weeks. You will lay down on the bed and gives you a brisk facial massage, followed by the smelling of relaxing oils. We will cleanse your face with a specialty cleanser specifically for your skin type. This facial cleansing is very soothing, removing makeup, also serving as a massage, thereby relaxing you further. Exfoliating is a facial scrub to get rid of dead skin cells and other skin impurities that aren’t embedded in the skin. Other treatments may be done depending on your skin type and needs. A cold towel over your face to close the pores. Our esthetician will recommend which facial mask will be best for your skin type, and a moisturizer and sunscreen will be applied. Men’s facials are similar but formulated to the unique needs of men’s skin to help with problems such as razor burn and ingrown hairs, dullness, and sensitivity.
